24 hours???

Hi,

Can you please explain to me the concept of having a fast food store open 24Hours per day that cant give you a hamburg 12h30 in the morning??

I had to drive from Durbanville branch (who was unable to give me a burger) to the Tygervalley branch - who was also unable to give me a burger. I had to wait for 45 min infront of the store and they even locked the door and left the crowd outside on the pavement! The store manager came out every 5 mins to tell us they will open in another 5 min... I eventually left with no food!

Please explain why you advertise you stores operating hours to be 24Hours IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN BETWEEN 12H00 AND 13H00 IN THE MORNING!!!
