Slow food not fast food!!!

We went to Burger King branch in CapeTown City Central 2 times, not a fan. It wasn't over lunch time and there were not so many customers. We literally waited 2 hours in line for our food to be ordered and received out of ONLY 20 hungry customers, the other customers was still outside in the sun queuing, ridiculous!! The customers in front of us was served after us and even people behind us... so obviously they complained and spoke to the manager, his response was to lift his shoulders up in the air and walked away. The food tasted almost like Mcdonalds and the chips not so good, although I loved the idea of self serve bottomless soda machine, it tasted like "Jic"!!! Also the cashier who helped us was moaning every second she had not gone on her brake and were so slow and tired shame. If there were to open one in PTA, I would not visit as McDonalds is way better and I would prefer Steers if my pocket allows it as the food is better quality, you don't wait 2 hours and service is very good! Maybe expand your kitchen and staff? get a number system or those vibrate things Steers use!
