My Girlfriend and I visited the Chicken Licken at Eastgate Shopping Mall yesterday (26th Jan 14). I mistakenly went to the wrong side of the counter and was met by a very, uninterested employee named Anita who didnt even bother to greet or even look at me when I greeted her, i then realized i was at the wrong side of the counter and proceeded to the correct side to place my order, and was helped by a friendly tall lady, whom i;m sorry to that I didnt get her name, I ordered a hot wings snack box and a milkshake, and when it time for me to collect my order, I dreaded picking it up, as I knew I had to deal with Anita again, as if her attitude was not bad enough, she dediced to pick her nose with the same hands that she was handling mine, and everyone else food for that matter, my girlfriend made me aware that she was picking her nose, which disgusted to to the extent that i threw my food away after collecting it from her. I would like to bring this to managements attention as surely, as a food chain, this should be unacceptable, on many levels. What she does in her own space and time is her own business, but hygiene and attitude is key when dealing with food and people!
