False advertising, their attitudes are terrible

On Saturday 19/10/2013 23:00pm we went to McDonalds, on the door / board it says 24H trading hours. We wanted to go inside the McDonalds to order food and use their toilets when a lady from the inside said they are closed we must use the drive through. My husband said to the lady that their trading hours shown says 24Hours so they must please open up. The McDonald lady had a bad attitude towards us and open the door, showed us the "middle finger" and slammed the door closed. We were a table of 9 people. I tried to phone the customer care on the 19th the 20th and this morning, but they don't answer their phones. This is unacceptable, false advertising, their attitudes are terrible!!
