What time does your store actually close?

I love shopping at this shop, but I am confused as to what time you actually start closing? At 6:30 the front door is pulled half shut and your hot food section starts getting packed up... Why not change your business hours then accordingly instead of stating that you are open until 7:00 - walking into your store at 6:45 (which is when YOU ARE OPEN) and not having hot food to select from is frustrating.

Apart from that, excellent store and fantastic food!
