No extra cheese and bad service

Terrible service around 17:20
My boyfriend and I went to promenade drive thru - ordered from McMixa menu
Ordered 2 double hamburgers, 2 small fries and 2 small shakes (1 burger with extra cheese).
When we got to the cashier, they got our order wrong.
No receipt was given.
When we got to the collection window, we waited long for our burgers because we were not given a receipt. Mt boyfriend had to get out of the car and walk to the paying window so that the cashier could explain why we weren't given a receipt and what we had ordered to the people at the collection window. That defeats the purpose of the drive thru! And to top it all, there was no extra cheese on my burger! In essence I paid for bad service
