Unreal breakfast

We visited Spur Ottery while on holiday in Cape Town. I am appalled by the lack of service rendered by this branch. Firstly we received our first cup of bottomless coffee which was ice cold. We asked for a replacement cup and by the time our meal was done, the coffee was still not served. Our food was cold, the toast was not toasted, and the waiter just didn't seem to care.
