Out of stock

I whent to buy a meal for my family at KFC Secunda the one near the new Spar. They said that they are out of stock of buns for the normal hamburgers and they can only put on the small buns for the snack burger and the kiddies burger. I refused it and the manager told me that he can not do anything he can not even composite for the small bun. This is not the first time that I can not get everything at that spesific KFC. They are always out of stock of something and then they let you feel like a criminal if they cant deliver a product and all the staff are very rude with the customers.
