Food poisoning

Today at approximately 9pm I had the unfortunate experience of buying two freshly squeezed fruit juices. I use the term fresh with much reservation. I ordered a carrot and apple juice and a carrot, orange and ginger juice. Firstly, the service was unfriendly, unprofessional and I waited almost 20min for two juices. While waiting I watched as waiters touching bins and clearing tables handled food and drink which were still to be served. The shop was untidy and dirty with food on the floors and counters. The juicer machines were filled with discoloured pulp and fruit peels and when the one worker removed carrots from a tub of water his entire uncovered arm was submerged. After the long horrific wait I received two warm juices which tasted like it had passed the expiry date. It was brown in color and disgusting to taste. I requested a refund and was treated with utter disrespect by Joseph. I have also subsequently developed diarrhea 1 hour after drinking that rancid juice. I am a medical doctor and am physically sick as a result of my experience at your shop. I would like to discourage people from consuming anything from that shop. It is an absolute health hazard.
