Total Incompetence

On Wednesday 21 March I took my wife to Arizona Spur for breakfast as it was her birthday. We got there at approx 10:20. We ordered the drifter breakfast and extra pork sausage. My wife ordered a decaf coffee and I a black filter coffee. The waiter did not seem to know what decaf was. He brought 2 other types of coffee which one my wife accepted just to be kind. My coffee was ice cold which I drank in one gulp!
At 11 o clock Luckmore told us the bacon was still frozen and wanted to bring half the food. We asked for the manager. Perl came and made like it was his fault and berated him. We told her about the cold and wrong coffee too. She showed little interest and rang up the sale as we chose to then leave.
We were STILL charged R31.90 for a total mess-up experience! There is not enough space here to explain our outrage! We just walked away rather than cause a scene! They won't be seeing us again after travelling from CT for nice drive and breakfast. Thanks for NOTHING Spur!
