Worst eve

I made a mistake of going to McDonalds in Brits Mall on Sunday. I hope it was the first and the last visit for me and my family. When I got there I was the third person in a queue but waited to be served for about 45 minutes. There was no one in the front taking orders, all of them were at the back laughing an chatting. The customers were agitated and irritated but McDonalds did not care. I asked to speak to the manager and a stinking attitude I was told that there was no manager on duty. I then asked to speak to someone in charge, but no one wanted to talk to me. one of the customers started screaming for them to come and assist and there pregnant lady who came to the front gave us the "I don't care attitude' and told me that she knows that I wanted to speak to her, as she was in charge, but did not think it was important. I love McDonalds but I am never going back to the one in Brits mall. I will let everyone know about this.
