WORST service I've ever received from a McDonalds!

Barely a week since the first McDonalds in history has opened in our town, we set out on sunday evening (28 July) to try. We found that there was barely a que, so we fell in line at the drive thru. We waited 45 MINUTES to reach the payment point (at last!!) after the person who was supposed to take our order also took 3 tries before she got it right. Then, at the pay point... she couldn't operate the machine that was supposed to read my card! I tried my cheque card and my credit card and she just shot a blank. SO then she told us to go inside and try to order from there. Why did we fall into the drive thru in the first place, then? I told her that the service was unacceptable and drove off. I wasn't at the local KFC for 10 minutes before I got service and received my order. I am very wary of McDonalds Brits now and WON"T go back there soon. UNACCEPTABLE by any standard!
