A voucher i cant even use

So I was really happy when Arnold from San Remo spur called me and apologized and said he wanted to send me a voucher for my inconvenience! I told him I don't live in Hermanus, I live in Cape Town! I get a voucher today that I can only exchange at San Remo spur hermanus!!! Really what good is that!!!

Do you honestly think i am going to waste money driving up to Hermanus to go to that Spur??

Please that is a joke!!!

Now I can't even take my family for a nice breakfast or dinner cause I can't even use the voucher given to me as i had promised them. Very very disappointed in the spur once again. Thank you for the useless voucher!! 1

I would have to say i am even more disappointed and the next time myself and my family do go to Hermanus, it not be to the spur - will rather use wimpy and get better service!!!
