One word... TERIBLE

Thanks for letting me go to bed hungry Spur Hermanus.. your restaurant is one off the worst I have ever came across... after I took my family there for my baby's birthday.. For something that was supposed to be a good evening. It turned out to be the worst. The place is dirty..the cutlery broken... The service and food none existing. What I dont understand is that the place was empty. But my food did not arrive in 1 hour. After complaining nicely and with decency. The owner's son had a terrible attitude problem. I still paid for it and went home hungry.. You guys are a ripping poeple off.. its a bad name for Hermanus.. for tourism and the spur franchise..
