Useless staff

On womans day I called spur in randfontein to make a booking. I asked the person on the phone if I can use my R500 spur voucher there as it was issued at Midrand spur and was a present. PJ assured me it can be used at any spur in the country and we are more then welcome. On my arrival the manager said that the voucher can only be used at the spur where it was purchased. I told him that I did call and his staff (PJ) promised me it can be used. He said he is sorry it can not and we left. I even have the phone recording but I was so unhappy and angry I just left with my 4year old wife and baby. We have been going to this Spur for over 7years at least 3times a month. My boy was crying and couldnt understand why we are leaving. This is his favourite play spur. I will NEVER go there again. Useless pathetic staff
