Violation of Employee's rights

Its sad to witness employee's rights being violated by employers in this day and age! I was waiting in this morning next to Bugatti's in Centurion mall when the owner of Bugatti's Taste Caf? approached his employees in an arrogant manner and insulting language after he spotted a stain next to the roof of the dining gazebo outside. He was not civil or fair instructing them to clean the stain which anyone can miss it since its high next to the roof. I was hurt and as an outsider and a customer to this caf? I expected a lot more than what I was and heard this morning. Employers need to treat their employees with respect and dignity. They are not any less different from him but he treat them as if they are animals they do not have emotions. What I saw on each of their faces was pain from that experience. I was hurt though he was not talking to me. How much more of the people whom he was talking to? Please guys please, Respect!
