Cafe Bugatti Centurion
Such Brilliant Service

So we decided yesterday to have supper at Bugatti's Centurion Mall Branch, ordered our meals and drinks, and so far everything went well. The manager (?) walked in the smoking area, slowly but surely built his Hubbly, and started to smoke on it. It might be innocent, but its nog good practice for a manager to advertise such behaviour in front of clients, not even mentioning the fact that he did not ask us if everything was ok and and and.

We finished our meals, and probably waited for about 10 - 15 minutes for a waiter so we could ask the bill, this while the so called manager (?) is just a couple of tables away, smoking ahead and chatting to one of his staff members. Obviously if you were a good manager, in the first place you would not smoke your hubbly in the restaurant, and secondly, do something about the fact that we sat there for 10 - 15 minutes, before we got up and asked one of the other waiters to get our bill.

I personally think that the lack of service of the above mentioned staff member (s) there is not in the best interest for the Bugatti's Restaurant.

Bottomline. It was a bad service experience as we rather decided not to have dessert & a refill of drinks
