No delivery and we slept hungry

We once again had to endure poor service from the mafikeng (crossing) delivery service. We ordered 2 King steer burgers at 18:00hrs hoping we would have supper by 19:00hrs & they assured us that they would deliver which they didnt. We called at 19:17hrs to check on the order and we were told they were waiting for the driver & as soon as he was available they would deliver. We tried again an hour later & the number is busy constantly so now we know we not getting any order. If they had the courtesy to at least call in time to say they wouldnt be able to deliver we could have made alternative arrangements, now we are forced to sleep hungry. The order was placed by my wife Boitumelo whose number I have included.
