Disappointing

On Sunday, 7 July, my pregnant wife felt like eating a delicious salad. So after much thought we decided to go to the Ballito M&B.Our party included 7 (3 kids & 4 adults). After been seated our waitress came to take our drinks order. We asked her what does 'the heat' in the Mexicocoa mean & she did not know. After ordering it & taking 2 sips, we order for a hot chocolate, as it was full of cinamon. Another person enquired if they have a coffee & ice-cream drink & she said NO, so he ordered an iced coffee American.(which is coffee& ice-cream) My wife's Chopstick chicken salad was totally disappointing. It lacked the proper ingredients, the lettuces was limp & it did not keep up to the M&G brand. I've had the same salad at the Pavilion & The Gateway branches and it looked & tasted a whole lot better. Further to all that, a waitress started mopping the area where we were seated. After my telling her to stop, she said 'sorry' & continued mopping. I don't think she knows that wet floors are a hazard, especially to a 7 month pregnant mom.
I must say the standard & quality of the M&B brand does not exist in the Ballito branch.
