Raw food, bad attitude, cold food and bad service

To start, I reported my complaint on their facebook page to which I see they've removed without contacting me.

My complaint:
1) Cold food in the hot buffet
2) Dirty crockery
3) Bad attitude from management
4) Dirty napkins that look tatty and stained
5) Food carried on a plate from kitchen to bain marie uncovered
6) Dirty food/uncooked pork sausages which left me with an upset stomach and constant diarrhea all day
7) 25 minutes for a waiter to tell you the cappuccino machine is broken and then charged for cappuccinos and cream when supplied with filter coffee
8) Plates are too hot to touch in the lowerator
9) Tea and coffee served without sugar that you have to ask for sugar as much as 15 minutes later
10) Pancakes, muffins, crumpets, croissants etc all exposed at the entrance of the restaurant without sneeze guards, covers or any protection

A really bad mothers day experience!!!

I highly recommend that people avoid this restaurant as there are more complaints that seem to surface and if they cannot contact a person to resolve the issue, it shows what low standards the owners responsible have.
