Great Service Just made my day

After coming from a restaurant (Ziggys) where I had just walked out, as I had just received the worst service ever (And that on Mothers day). My little one suggested Panarottis and after the experience that I just had was not expecting any better service. Then steps in Maxwell, truly this man enjoys what he does and this exudes in the manner in which he waited on us. He was polite, friendly, and efficient.

A member of our party just mentioned to him in passing that her pasta was a bit oily but other than that she enjoyed the food. He then proceeded to inform the manager who came to apologise and even offered to discount the price of the dish. We told her we did not mind the food but was just mentioning it for the chefs for next time they prepare the meal for another patron. The staff and more specifically Maxwell, are a huge asset to the franchise and led me to take time out to make mention of this fact. Really 11 out of 10 for service. Well done Panarottis Tygervalley and more over Maxwell!!!
