Dagwood with toasted bread

Yesterday I was in Kingwilliams town, I ordered 2 dagwoods at Steers. When I opened the pack I found it strange that both dagwoods were covered with the sandwich paper instead of the take away box. To my suprise the packages had sandwiches inside instead of the normal dagwood I normally get from Steers. I went back to ask about the sandwich and I was told that is how their dagwood is which was strange to me because all steers franchise should serve the same menus. I told them that in Steers at East London where I normally buy a dagwoog with toasted bread, it is normally 3 slices and theirs was 2 slices with 1 egg, a petty, bacon, onion and tomato. My concern is that how come steers menus are served differently cause at least a customer should expect uniformity with all the branches. Can someone from Steers advise me as to what is the standard of their dagwood 'cos I don't believe what I got from Kinwilliamstown is what I paid for?
