I ordered a avo and feta twister at kfc oppiste mount nelson hotel.ordered at 15h04 received at 15h20.many orders after mine received their food.reason for it my cashier went somewhere "gou".funny part all staff is black and speaks loud in xhosa to each other. Note I'm no, my cashier comes in .the cashier who now knows I'm getting angry confronts her as she comes in. They go at its each other in their language. My new cashier eventually brings my food and apologises profusely. I tell her not to worry it aint her fault, Problem is the owner has no manager or supervisor around to see hoew staff treat their customers. And why are all talking inxhosa for nobody in shop to understand them. Problem here is owner, nobody else, Sad sad day for the once KING OF CHICKEN
