Noisy ghetto music at a family restaurant??!!

I would like to inform the owner of Mimo's restaurant at Comaro view that he has a manager that is very bad for his business. I was surprised to see that the restaurant was empty on a Sunday afternoon, but decided to have a meal and read the newspaper. After a shortwhile I realised why nobody was eating at the restaurant- the manager (I think) came to sit behind me an turned his music on a portable device onto maximum volume and sang the accompanying lyrics while the rest of the staff stood next to me having such a loud conversation that I decided to leave. I wasn't even going to bother to ask him to keep the music down because he is totally oblivious. I would strongly advise that you teach your managers and waiters the basic standards of the industry. I will definitely avoid this restaurant in future.
