Chickin Tyme
The food is fantastic but the service is appauling

I visited Chickin Tyme in Milner ton this afternoon, my initial order was 2 Burgers and fries but I called my husband who then wanted to change his choice, this was unfortunately impossible for them to do as the had already made the order, mind you this was not the main issue. The issue at hand is the service I received from the so called cashier, whom also in turn and said she was both the owner and the manager, she firstly refused to give me her name, then turned her back to me... when I asked another lady who works in the chicken to be assisted the cashier (Benezia) passed a remark in a foreign African language, that caused a giggle amongst them, after I requested for the owners number she went and banged on the framed Halaal certificate and said if I would not speak to her, then I should call them. this kind of service discredits the restaurant and the quality of it... if you hire un trained people who have no customer service etiquette and wear way too much make up... the company often orders platters from there as well as delivered lunches but we had never imagined the service to be of such poor quality
