Chickin Tyme
Poor quality smaller quantity

My partner and I oreder take out from Chickin Tyme at least 2 to 3 times per week owing to our very busy careers. However I must express my absolute disgust and disappointment of how quickly their standard and quality has dropped. About 2 wks ago I got take out and when I got home I noticed their once amazingly awesome potaro wedges has reduced significantly in portion size. Im talking about 7 to 8 pieces of wedges for R16, 50 that was literally 1/4 of the container it was packaged in. I called the manager immediately who informed me that head office told them that they were packaging the wedges incorrectly and that the wedges needed to be weighed before packing into the box. This is absolute rubbish. Since the time this store has opened the wedges used to fill up the container, you cant now decide to reduce the portion by such a significant difference yet still package them in a big box - I ordered the large portion today, exactly the same - a box that was 1/4 filled with a few pieces and stale and dry buns! I have now gone back to ordering from Nandos - I may pay a little extra but at least I get my value for my hard earned money! Very disappointed and will not buy from u ag
