Bad telephone attiquette and service

I would like to report the bad service I just received from the cashier at Chikin tyme. I called in to make an order for delivery I ordered a chicken Wrap according to what the menu says, she gave me option would you like it with Spinach, or salad, coleslaw. to my understanding when someone asks you that it sounds like a side dish, so I asked her on the side? her answer to me was "Mam please look at your menu again and then call me back because it sounds like you don't know what you want and I am busy, I have a long Que in front of me". I understand that it was lunch time and it was probably busy but for her to dismiss me like that? if that is not bad service then I don't know what is. I love chicken time, I order from them very often but the way I was treated today makes me change my mind I hope something is done about this.
