KFC
Useless Service!

Myself and my wife went to KFC East Rand Mall on Saturday, at around 13;00.
It was extremely hot weather.

There were two cars in front of mine, and I waited for 20 minutes in the queue for 2 krushers as there was no mash and gravy.
Instead of asking the front car to park so as to serve the rest of the customers, (As this is standard practice everywhere else, including KFC Kyalami)
When I asked the staff what the hold up was, the answer I was given was "Theres no gravy, you must wait! " And the tone and disdain in your staff's voice was disgusting!

I did not get an apology for waiting for so long, and was treated like rubbish to put it mildly.

Sort this out!

All the branches can take a leaf out of KFC Kyalami's book as the staff there are always happy to help, friendly and have an amazing attitude, even when it is hot and customers are irate!
