Bad service en food

I went to KFC van der hoff road to buy food tonight. I was helped in the drive through as I was in a hurry. When I arrived at the collection window they told me they had no mash and gravy I must drive and park. I told the lady I'm in a hurry how long will I wait. She replied and said only 5 minutes. I wasn't happy by went and parked an waited. After 25min someone came out with other peoples food. I asked the lady how long must I still wait. She replied I'm coming now. I waited another 20 minutes. Then she brought our food. I wasn't happy at all. When I arrived home we discoverd that they only gave us mash not mash and gravy as ordered. I think that this is the worst service I ever got from any kfc. I'm very disappointed. This is unexpected.
