Went to KFC Bedford center asked for a large mash and got a quarter cup of mash swimming in gravy when I asked for more mash less gravy, I was told that, that is the procedure and they could not help me... this is now the the second time I have received this attitude and lack of service... it is a sad state of affairs if this is how they are trained to treat their customers...
it feels like I am being done out of pocket and this is not that "so good".

I lodged a complaint with KFC REF CAS-41615-B6Z0H6 this was in DEC 2013, got a cut a paste response
and no further contact...

Since then I have had the same attitude, where I have reciecved a small mash (a spoonfull lost in the centre of the container) when I asked the cashier to please fill the container or refund my order, she said I ordered it without gravy and I said I don't want gravy as per my orginal complaint... she then proceeded to the back with her bad attitude and came to then give me a large mash which was filled so tight that is was comming out the sides... she could just have filled my original container..I would have been happy... this is not something I have to put up and I can just go somewhere else... which I Have...
