Bad Service

On the 2nd January 2014 on my way from Johannesburg I stopped off at KFC Beaufort West. I ordered 9 pieces of chicken, 2 coleslaw, 2 coldrinks and 2 rounders. I was told that they were not making rounders as they were too busy. Is this the type of SERVICE we can now expect from KFC??? If they were soo busy maybe their Manager should have got more staff to cater for the rush!!!
