VERY SMALL CHICKEN IN BURGER

On 1 January 2014 we bought 4 rounders. When we got home the chicken was very small so we weighed them and phoned the shop. Some were just over half the correct weight, none were even close to the correct weight. I asked the manager to get the owner to contact me, and was told he doesn't deal with complaints! The manager said someone elso would contact me that was over a week ago and still nothing. They sent us replacements that were a little better, If they serve small meals all the time the customer is being ripped off, this is not acceptable from anybody and especially a national brand.
