Poor customer service

Was at above store on Friday evening. Asked to purchase 3 rounders before my flight. Was told that there were none. They only had zingers. I was very disappointed and went to another store.
On Monday night I returned from Johannesburg at about 20:30. Went again to your store and asked again for rounders. This time round we told that we would have to wait 15 minutes as there were none.
Once again we took our business elsewhere. I am shocked that we received this kind of service from a so called 'reputable' company. I will never purchase another KFC product ever again., thanks to your staff at the King Shaka Airport.
