Hi

i have had it with KFC bothasig. I bought food for myself and other staff at work on friday after 12.I was the only customer when i got there yet when i came back, one of my 8 wings packet for my colleague only had 7 wings. clearly im not gonna scratch in packest to see that they do their jobs properly. So i called and spoke to Willem or william (i think), who had no time for me. He wanted me to drive all the way back to fetch it so i said no way, they must deliver. He didnt even want to take down my details because he ahd the attitude that it's only one wing so why the fuss. My problem is the principal behind. He didnt even apologise. I eventually forced him to take down my details and he said he will come back to me. It's almost a week later and im still waiting. KFC driver was here to deliver on tuesday but clearly my complain to them friday was tossed aside. This is my 2nd complain in 3 months.
