Went to shoprite on 25/112013 eloff street at around 18:45 and got my daughter some snacks and also a packet of montic fresh milk BB date 29/11/2013. when i got home it was sour!!! didnt have a problem with that as it might not be a store but supplier problem (or maybe store fridges might be faulty). that wasnt an issue until i took the packet of milk back, filled in my details except my address as i dont like sharing my information with anyone. it all became an issue that I MUST PROVIDE IT. all i wanted was my money back not to create some friendship of some sort by leaving my details, i understand it might be a company procedure but if i have proof of purchase and the product in question then i dont see any reason why i must be grilled and even told that by giving us your address we not gonna come and attack you. i think the staff need to training on customer service. i wasnt there to complain but to get things sorted as i know to some extend it might not be the store's problem but sometimes the way of approach end up making us think otherwise...
