Mugg And Bean
Store needs serious training

Hi
I am from Sandton and recently moved to Secunda. Once I found out that there was a mugg and bean at the new mall I was so excited as that's where I am on a weekend bcoz of the quality of food and the service! My whole family are mugg and bean fans!
Yet this branch the food was not acceptable to be served! We ordered the welsh rabbeit but the cheese sauce looked very oily!
They made a new on on this one it looked like they took the old chicken and re-fried it making it oily!!
I have pictures to prove this!
All the other branches offer Macon instead if bacon for us that don't eat pork yet they don't!
I ordered a veg salad for my gran there where more lettuce than veg in there I had to send that back!
I understand that this is a new store but this isn't acceptable! Head-office needs to get involved here!
Their manager is a young boy who doesn't seem to know about this industry!
I am a restaurant owner myself and even I find this unacceptable!
