Im a regular customer at mugg n bean richardsbay, every sunday we have lunch at mugg n bean, lately we have been dissapointed with the food. On two occasions we have ordered breakfast stack with basil pesto, and the food has come without the main component pesto. Id like to think im a calm person and let things pass but today I ordered a classic benedict with hollandaise sauce also 1 of my regular option, today I was given cheese sauce instead of hollandaise sauce, the managers response to that was they arent getting there knorr supplies this is mugg n beans interpretation of hollandaise sauce. Absolutely disgusting was to runny so it made the englush muffin soggy. To top the day of the waitress swipes my card then pulled the card out the chip reader I got a sms from my bank saying the money has gone of the account bt no slip was printed off the machine. So the manager said that its not off my account I must please pay. So I paid again I will give it a day or two and check my statement. Im going to be very upset if I have paid double. But 1 things for sure I wont be returning to mugg n bean richardsbay, to many disappointments in a short time
