Service is terrible

I just want to express my disgust at the service at the Drive Thru in KFC kollonade. I've been there two days in a row at just after 10pm, today and yesterday (friday).. The service has been terrible as you sit there waiting to be served for 45mins when there are only two cars in front of me. Both days they did not have Krushers. If you switch machines off at night, please let us know. i'm just very disappointed as the 24 hour drive thru is very convenient but the service makes it not worth it.
