Krushers

On many occasions at this branch, I've ordered a Krusher and was told that there isn't Krushers, I went through the drive through and when I went into the store I was told that there is Krushers available, I went back to the lady at the first window and asked her why she said that there were no Krushers but in store they said there was?? She checked with the lady at the second window and she also said there wasn't, eventually when I got to the second window, I saw them preparing Krushers for customers after us, the lady then couldn't answer us as to why she said there was no Krushers available and simply told us that the machine was not working but I saw it working while walking to the store via the drive through..
