We ordered pizza for delivery a few weeks ago, 2 x large thick base nothing extreme out of the ordinary I called on the 3rd Jan 2013 at 19:01, 19:14 received sms notifying me that the driver had left with the order. Having received the pizza paid for and only opening it once in the house to find it was thin base - 19:32 finally get through on the line to inform them of the incorrect base, they said not a problem they would replace them. 20.15, I phoned and ask what has happened to my order and was told the driver had just left - not 5 minutes and he arrived. As advertised on the box if not delivered in 39 minutes its free, really Im not unreasonable so I hand the 2 thin bases back to the driver and I say I hope we not going to be charged, misunderstanding me he say no we don't have to pay for the thin bases- Gosh I should hope not the incorrect order was not my fault! So I asked him does the 39 minutes advert still stand and his response is I don't know. Well firstly if something is advertised then it should still be valid and secondly if you are working for a company you need to know what policies are in place
