Disgusting attitude of an unproffessional manage

I write to lodge a complaint about poor quality of treatment and service at Cafe 41 in Pretoria, corner Eastwood and Pretorius.

After a meal, I ordered a baked cheesecake from the restaurant. To my dismay, at the first bite - it tasted like raw, buttery cookie dough, the consistency was all wrong and it was just inedible to say the list.

Upon lodging a complaint, a lady manager spoke to both me and my dinner date. We explained the gripe we had and she insisted, 'the reason it tastes like that is because its fresh and hasn't set'

Following a back nd forth of words between us, she went to her big boss... next thing we were handed our bill worth R400 INCLUDING the unwanted cheesecake.

When we queried this, the senior manager came to us fuming. He's the rudest, most unprofessional, disgustingly arrogant manager I have ever encountered. He refused to listen&instead told me I was trying to score a free cheesecake... mind you bear in mind the cake amounts to a measly R35.50 in a R400 bill

I am absolutely appalled at the service and treatment at that so called 'restaurant'. Kindly take this issue up with them. They hv no decorum and absolutely no respect for customers.
