We ordered lemon and granadilla cheesecake and carrot cake. I tasted half a teaspoon of the cheesecake and noticed it was so sour and ice cold. I told the waiter that I am not happy with the taste and it is too cold. The waiter asked if he could replace it and then I said yes, but with a different dessert. The manager (Aladin) then came to the table and told me that I ate from the cheesecake (it was half a teaspoon, I will send a pic) so it cannot be replaced and we will be charged for it. I told him it is fine but I do not want it as it is very sour. How will I know what it taste like and that I am not happy about it, if I did not try it? The issue is not being charged for it, but the fact that he told me "what do you expect from a lemon cheesecake? ". We were so disappointed as we were at the Restaurant the morning and went again for dessert after our Movie. What I do not understand is that if I complain about a steak or something else, it can be replaced. What make the dessert different? The Manager said "we will not be able to sell it as you have eaten from it". I am simply disappointed in his response to my complaint.
