Ripped off by dirty store

Went to wimpy Trade route mall on 1 January 2014 which in itself i guess was a bad idea, service was worst than i have ever experienced at this already poor or pathetic branch, glasses our soft drinks came in where dirty with stuff floating in it, waiter forgot the add ons on the breakfasts ordered and had to return to the kitchen several times to retrieve food items, staff where unapologetic and appear out of their wits, Famous brands should look into this as this is a poor reflection on your Brand and group, which I always take delight in frequenting restaurants from your offerings .this was a lose of R295 as no one enjoyed breakfast and this is clearly unacceptable from a hygiene point of view and service, attitude and experience
