Bad attitude, bad service

We decided to visit clearwater mall for our usual saturday afternoon family time being sat 25th 3pm. My father loves wimpy restaurants waffles and coffee . so we decided to turn lunch into supper as well . besides the point . upon getting to the sign that says wait here to be seated my father says he stood there rather longer than what he's used to now comparing service with other wimpys already . it seemed as if not one of the three wimpy staff really wanted to seat us . upon greeting he was addressed as baba . he was straight away put off . the waiter assigned wasn't that great upon placing menus and found her a bit rude at first but more to come and realize that she was only waiter for the bay and was struggling with numbers of tables . as i noticed this from peoples reactions to service received during the course . i have managed a few restaurants so i can spot unhappy customers, being one myself now as well. the store wasn't busy and i suggest the owner to view the camera system, its more as if one staff member doesn't want to work harder than the other. have to compliment the kitchen . so well done kitchen staff . regards L . da silva 0828201475
