KFC in the Crescent in Umhlanga Ridge really has bad service. I ordered a muesli cup; the lady at the till said she is going to have a look and see if the have all the right stock to prepare this for me; she returned and confirmed that she does have all the ingredients to make my order. 15 Minutes later she came back and told me that she now does not have the ingredients to make my order. At this point I had waited for 15 minutes so I called the manager. The Manager by the name of Ravi approached me I had explained to him my concerns but he expressed no interest or concern on this. I would refer all who uses this store to rather stay away it is also not the first time something like this has happened at this store
