What a Joke!!

As I usually frequent the other Food Lovers Markets, I thought that I would give the branch in the Wedge a try. What a huge mistake!! Firstly, there was no one to assist me with my queries, in fact the only staff were the shelf packers and a young manager who could not have cared less about any of the goings on in the shop. His biggest concern was chatting to a staff member sitting on a box behind the cheese counter. Secondly i was not able to find basic ingredients (flour, beef stock and baby potatoes). It eventually got to the point that I had to unpack my trolley and go to Woolworths. Upon exiting the store i tried to get the young manager to give him feedback and after waiting for 5 minutes for him he showed absolutely no interest in the situation and was obviously just waiting for the end of his shift. It is so clear that this is an independent store within the group and is bringing a bad name to the rest of them. I will never return and will wait until something better opens in its place as this store probably does not have long left.
