Waiting for 15min for drive thru orde

We were passing trough potch in a hurry and decided to get breakfast by using the drive thru. After ordering from the breakfast menu we where instructed to wait in parking area for the food. After 15min of waiting still no food. We had to go into the building to remind the staff. We got the food cold. Very disapointed
