Balducci's

I am a regular visitor to Cape Town and the Waterfront. I have dined at Balducci's in the past and looked forward to lunching there with my wife today. Unfortunately I had the worst Cape Town dining experience ever!!! I ordered prawn curry with basmati rice which was awfull, the rice was uncooked, the prawns over cooked and the curry sauce was tasteless, bright red but tasteless. To compound my disappointment when asked how my food was the Head Waiter (?) did not take my comments seriously, did not apologise and did not offer to make amends If you don't care what the customers think don't ask!!! My advice, sadly, avoid Balducci's it's not the place it used to be.
