I'm so dissapointed

I'm really disappointed at the service that I received at KFC. No1. The did not have lemons for the Mojito and this is not the first time that it happens. Then I asked for the paper bag to put the kids meal inside and she told me that she does not know which one to give me?? This is not on KFC how come I was able to use the one package to put everything inside. I had to make a plan as I was with my son and had shopping bags with.
