I went to the Nandos in Braamfontein to buy 2meals and a kiddies meal. As I was about to collect my order I asked the waiter if I could have a paper bag with a handle so that I can easily carry my food. Then he refused and told me that he can't give me a bigger bag. Thereafter he called his Manager for her to come and explain why he can't give me the paper. I explained that I need a different bag so that I can easily carry the food... but she refused bluntly and told me that the paper bags were counted and only used if a customer buys a full chicken meal. I advised her that I would take the matter further with the Head office. And she responded and said that I can go ahead and put my complaint on Hello Peter but I still won't get the paper bag.
